“Had a great stay at the Omni, and I will definitely come back in the future. Rooms are suites and are very nicely furnished and kept. Bedding was very comfortable, cleanliness was top notch, and location was perfect for easy access to mag mile! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The only negative for us was that there is no room service and the offerings from the hotel restaurant are very limited. Luckily you are in Chicago with great restaurants ready to deliver!! ”
