「Double room #12. Sink plug not present and replacement plug didn't keep water in basin. Room NOT cleaned after 1st night and even after Double checking "please make up room" tag on the door handle after 2nd night, damp towels on shower floor and bed still not made up. But night Staff very helpful with fresh towels at midnight!」

The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️」
