“I purposely booked this property, instead of a B&B, with adjoining suites so our family could be together and move between rooms. Upon check in I was told they did not have adjoining rooms and they gave us the next best thing. Side by side rooms. This is the whole reason I booked this property. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, but very disappointed in the being mislead about the adjoining rooms.”

“This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. I hate I have to even tell them no we do not want to stay in a room type we didn’t book. Especially for how expensive it is. It’s not good guest service. Everything else is great, the……

“Very clear instructions for getting keys - they even include pictures. Beautiful property. Friendly ppl in building. Concierge very helpful. Very safe. Lovely grounds and katy trail across street. Amazing pool and bbq area. Shirt walk to American Airlines center. Ten minute drive tops to jay Bailey Hutchinson. Room very clean. It is a little noisy from the freeway but that type of noise doesn’t bother me. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer nice touch. Black out shades don’t……

“The property itself is very nice and modern. Kind of posh. The service is in restaurant and roof top bar is really bad. Took almost an hour to get out mains and we were the only ones in the entire place. Server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Sat at the downstairs bar after a show, bartender was super nice and made great drinks. Went upstairs to the rooftop bar and neither bartender knew what they were doing. Ordered the same drinks we did downstairs and they were made completely……

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”
