“Although I arrived quite late, someone was there to greet me and to explained how everything worked. The amenities were very nice. This might be the only VRBO that provided soap, toilet paper for more than one day, garbage bags. The host was quite generous and it was very much appreciated. I loved this place. It is smack in the center of town. The apartment is small but the patio doubles the space. ”

“The location was so close to the Promenade. Two short blocks and you were at the beach. The location also gave you easy access to the old town of Nice and many very good restaurants. I would easily go back and spend a longer time.”

“This property perfectly met our needs. The location is perfect for easy access to primary points of interest and public transportation (trams and main train station). The amenities we most appreciated were fast reliable WiFi, excellent kitchen appliances and an easy to operate washer and dryer. It’s located one street over from the busy shopping street, Jean Médecin, making it convenient but also less crowded and quieter. The apartment is secure, and the surrounding area is very safe. “Ich ziehe ein gemischtes Fazit. Die Größe der Wohnung ist toll, 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder hätten genug Platz. Die Aussicht sucht wirklich ihresgleichen. Man sieht die Bucht, den Sonnenaufgang und -untergang, die Stadt und die schneebedeckten Berge in der Ferne.Danach wird es allerdings schwierig. Die Bäder sind recht neu, aber man sieht jetzt schon, dass sie nicht besonders gut gepflegt werden. Die Küche geht m.E. gar nicht. Viel Equipment, das meiste aber sehr alt und unbrauchbar. “This was a beautiful property. Well located and easy to get around by transit or car. The views were fabulous from the garden and in the area. The accommodations were perfect - clean, well laid out, updated, parking if you needed it, everything was just perfect. It was a bit of an adventure to get to the lower road with some stairs to navigate but there is an elevator to help with most of the height.Pam was super courteous and helpful getting us situated and answering all of our questions.
