Recepção não muito amigável da atendente que faz check-in. Hotel em péssimo estado de conservação. Quarto limpo, mas é tão velho e mau conservado que parece sempre sujo. O espaço que deveria ser hall de recepçao foi usado para instalar uma lancheira, então mal tem espaço pra passar com as malas. Não tem guarda malas, não tem micro-ondas, se chover não tem onde se abrigar em frente ao hotel, na frente é proibido estacionar e parar com o carro, então o acesso com malas é extremamente complicado. Não recomendo, definitivamente. É caro e péssimo. A localização é boa, mas não compensa.

The rooms can be improved. It seems that the care of the actual room is terrible. My room had broken closet door, broken drawers, and dresser, and very not cared for. It is and it seems to be a very old building which has beauty to it, but the staff is not too friendly and definitely not so helpful. It was a nice experience, but I would definitely not stay again.

I recently stayed at Starlite Hotel Miami and had a great overall experience. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was clean and tidy throughout, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The only thing missing for us early risers was an in-room coffee-making option. Having the ability to make a quick cup of coffee before heading out would have made the stay perfect. Overall, a solid 4-star stay — I would definitely return for the location, cleanliness, and comfort.

I love the historical aspect. Mr. G was helpful, it was nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach. However, it is time to update the pictures of the rooms, i was not please with the rooms and speak with the other guess in the building they to felt bamboozled. The ice/washing machine station is a unkept. Just because the building is old doesn't me it doesn't deserve love.

For the price this place is a deal. The staff was helpful and courteous and you are in a prime location on South Beach. The burger place in located in the front of building is really good. There’s bars and plenty of food options all around you. The best part is the beach is across the street, easy access.

My room was clean and everything was functional. There are certainly plenty of complaints about Miami Beach hotels where these things weren't true! But the Starlite is a minimalist hotel: there was a bed and a dresser, no chairs, no table, not even any plastic cups in the bathroom (but nicely arranged soap and shampoo). No ice machine, no lobby furniture. In fact no lobby, just a little enclosure for the receptionist with most of the space taken up by a hamburger restaurant. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it's hard to see what you'd ever put in it. Leftovers from a restaurant meal? You'll be eating them cold, because there's no microwave anywhere on the premises. So, I'd say what you get is OK, but you might wish for a few more amenities.
