Very good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable and well designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It also worked well for a work trip, with plenty of space and everything I needed.
There was nothing particularly wrong with the stay. It was comfortable, convenient and well run, it just did not have that extra something that would make it especially memorable for me. I would still happily stay again.

Everything was great, Sad W in Mimi is closing soon. Would recommend this hotel. All staff including managers were very helpful and friendly.

Other than the tv signal being out for 24 hrs, my stay went exceptionally well! Clean room, clean hotel and staff was very attentive and nice throughout my stay!

Gorgeous facilities right off the ocean. Beautiful ocean view from our room. Clean, friendly service who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel in Miami. You really get your money’s worth. From the moment you arrive, you’re taken care of — the staff are attentive and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely spa offering massages. You have access to a tennis and basketball court. As for the pool area, it’s just lovely, with all the service you need. We had 2 or 3 issues, but even then the staff did everything to find you a satisfactory solution quickly. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

The staff was very accommodating. The room was very large and clean. The food and beverage service around the pool was also very good. We also had a large deck. However, it had no cover which meant limited use of the deck because in South Florida, it does rain often even for short periods. But since there was no cover we could not sit on the deck when it rained or for some time after the rain because all of the furniture/cushions were wet.

Staff are so rude! Like very rude! You can ask one question and if you ask another thing you’re answered with such an attitude! This happened several times with several staff members in the hotel. Staying at a penthouse suite and paying thousands at a beautiful hotel, I expected the staff to provide better service that’s all. I won’t be back here unfortunately again! Eden Roc provided amazing service because we were fed up here, highly recommended Eden Roc or Nobu hotel

Rooms were spacious hallways smelled amazing staff was so nice and accommodating and helpful with bags and answering questions , waited for your uber with you to go anywhere and opened the doors for you , overall amazing staff and prime location for beach access and there is the main pool , and a private adults only pool also if you wanted to be secluded. I wish the resort had a jacuzzi though, like multiple. Would’ve topped the cake for me. But overall very happy spending the amount I did to stay there for 4 nights 10000/10

The reason for lower rating :
Payin almost 900$ a night you would expect better toilet roll, slippers being changed, and showers to be updated or working properly/mantained , pressure etc as a basic for me
Spa and more spaces by pool is a must
