「Property was not where I was led to believe, in fact it was across the bay. The one photo was not of the room I thought I was booking. Host was very cordial but that didn’t make up for the “bait and switch “ I felt occurred」

「The parking fee was not mentioned before arriving even though i did ask. Although the listing said a washer was in the unit, it does not have a washer. This was inconvenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming.」

「The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.」

「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」
