“This was a great option for our stay, near friends. The hotel is quiet, beautiful mature tropical foliage, and excellent customer service. We loved learning about the "North Village", multiple boutique hotels (affordable), and walkable coffe shop, food truck, cafe, and more. Great concept directly behind the waterfront luxury hotels, and 2 blocks from the beach.”

“The place was very clean and beautiful. The property managers were very kind and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. It was easy to get groceries and other immediate items thanks to the location! Thanks for letting us stay we had an amazing time!”

“just to say that we all had the best time at palm estate. Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him. the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again. many thanks for the house. jason”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable, check in was easy. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the start of restaurants on Ocean blvd. It was also great to have amenities similar to a hotel with staff on-site.”

“Had a 1 week stay here and this place was pretty much prefect. Small front house with everything needed, all the basics and The green/orange line on the corner giving you easy access to the airport and downtown. The whole place was clean and kinda cute. Could hear the back house through the walls sometimes but didn't bother me much. Nothing too crazy but perfect for a couple friends enjoying a week in Miami.”

“Outside of the location is a little dated but inside was wonderfully updated and clean! Zero issues! The host had excellent communication! Will absolutely look at availability here for future cruise stays!”

The property was clean, Nick responded right away to any questions and it was about 18minuets away from the Airport which was great for us. Its also about 20 or so minutes away from everything else. “Our stay was really nice. However, the pool was really small. Although I did inquire about it prior to renting here, (as the pictures seemed to suggest it was on the small side), once we were there we saw it was really for children and not adults to enjoy. Otherwise,the house very nice and clean and owner was very responsive to any questions.”

“This was a perfect spot for a weekend stay! Lots of room and stocked Kitchen. The remote to living room is tricky - but doable. It would be helpful it there was an info sheet. Many of the VRBO's we stay at provide all the contact info, Wi-Fi, check-out, restaurants in area, etc. That being said, our Property manager, Joe, was so easy to get a hold of and helpful.”
