“It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.”

“Lots of activities for the kids to do - pool, splash area, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball, fishing, etc. The staff was also very helpful. My only complaint were the beds weren’t very comfortable. But we would still stay there again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to downtown, making it easy to walk……
