「Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person.
The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens.
We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning.
Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...
