「When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

「No Internet , tv didn't work. Decor very old, dirty. Paper plant across street worst smell all night. Owner friendly, . I will never stay again. 」

「Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. 」
