“Delightful, comfy, characterful very centrally located with pleasant, helpful staff. The room was clean, tidy comfy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. All in all, we had a very pleasant, if brief, stay and would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Maldon. ”

“Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so……

“The most likeable thing about this hotel is the staff. Lovey people, went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hotel could definitely do with an upgrade though, especially for business travel stays. Brilliant for on site parking. ”

“Property is a little tired but good for solo travellers The Indian restaurant is well maintained and the food is excellent (definitely recommend) Overall made to feel welcome Reception is only manned certain times of the day”

“Excellent room which was spacious and airy. Large comfortable bed. Needs a full length mirror and a shelf in the bathroom. Wardrobe was far too high to reach”
