“The hotel is exquisite, the room perfect. Both reception employees that I've dealt with were very nice and helpful ( I may visit @ Christmas time another time as he advised Milwaukee is beautifully decorated that time of year ) The only observations I'd have are about the rooftop bar ( some small bites could be added to the menu ) and ref the Cafe where breakfast is served ( to pay more attention to cleaning . My table was sticky ! I had to move to another)”

“Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. I worked nearby and chose this hotel because I used to work for a Country Inn, they always have great……

“The staff needs to let the guest know about parking. I was very disappointed to find out that I was charged to park inside the hotel at $43.00 a day. As a guest I would think parking would be free.”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
