“Great place but only were able to provide two towels for four people. Said it was walking day and they didn’t have any more to give out. Had to wait to checkout because long term tenant was fighting with them about rent. Didn’t have the three bedroom I booked at check in but gave us two rooms instead. ”

“A really fine historic hotel in downtown Charlotte. The service and staff were uniformly excellent. The property is charming and well updated. There’s a fine restaueant attached and parking is available. Skip the big chains next time and there.”

“Staff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. Multiple outlets in the room along with clean microwave and mini fridge both in good working order.”
