Wonderful place!

Our family stayed here for spring break. We absolutely loved the location, close walking distance to the pool area, and very close to the Village area. It is also a short drive to the beach, a huge outlet mall, tons of restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again!

Spring break trip

My wife and I stayed at this property for a quick spring break trip for just the two of us. It was the perfect location and you can’t go wrong with the San Destin resort. This property had a great view of the forest and marina. There are a ton of ponds and I went fishing each morning and caught some big ones. The trails and walk ways are excellent. There is no need to go anywhere really because there are good dining choices within walking distance. Beach is a 3 minute drive over to the beach side parking lot. Each staff member we encountered were very friendly. Would stay again/

Decent room, amenities and location

It was very nice, the pool was very accessible, clean, and on the same floor as the room. The location was great and right on the middle of alot of restaurants and a short drive to the beach and to the outlets. The only downside of it was how far the parking was to where the room was located. Definitely pack light if you are going here. If you have a large vehicle you have to park pretty far away and then if you have to use a luggage cart it is a pain to get around the handicap ramp. Other than that it was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

This property is beautiful! Being right in the middle of the village is a major plus. We loved the tree lined balcony- gave us privacy and also could see the pier. It was clean, quiet, and up-to-date! We loved our stay!

Relaxing Stay- Great Property

The community that this property is nestled in is perfect. Staff are continuously cleaning, landscaping, or touch up painting areas everywhere. So much care goes into this whole place.

Room in need of some TLC but overall good stay

The view and quietness was great, as well as access to everything being on the 1st floor. Stating that it's on the 1st floor would also indicate that you are level with ground....and you are not, there are still condo's below you. There is only 1 remote to control the smart tv's in both room unless you're trying to watch a busted DVD player or COX cable TV, which isn't even activated. Wouldn't stay in this room again but would definitely stay at San Destin resort again.

Pretty ok

First thing that has to be addressed is the mattress situation. Please have this replaced immediately, the mattress has long expired. I suggest replacing the sofa bed as well. The air mattress we brought with us was the best bed in the house. We rented this unit for 7 days and 6 nights so the bedding was quite uncomfortable and hard to power through for that many days. Secondly, the garage access code was more of a hassle than it should have been and Vacasa should have done a better job at getting the link to me. It took 24 hours for a registration code to be correctly sent to my email address. Overall, the unit is in great shape. The location is ideal for walkability to Baytowne Wharf.

Great rental

This rental was very clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. Vacasa was quick to respond when we needed. I would recommend bringing a broom/dustpan but otherwise it was a cute, clean place that helped us enjoy the beach! Note: park in the underground parking and get luggage cart there to take your stuff to the room!
