Stunning views

We really enjoyed our 6-night stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The star of the trip was the incredible view of the Gulf and direct access to the beach. We were even able to watch dolphins swimming by a few times. The wifi was a little slow at times but overall not too bad. For longer stays, you might want to bring your own sheets as the ones provided were a little thin and your own pillows if you are particular. My husband found the ones provided to be either too thick or too thin for his preference.Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to return for a future trip.

Amazing stay! Clean, well-appointed condo with great views. Gated community with manned guard shack, easy in/out, plenty of parking. Walking distance to grocery store, seafood market, restaurants, shops. Easy beach access. Huge clean pools and hot tub. Amazing white sand beach. Beware They don’t allow you to put up your own tent til after 5p so be prepared to pay for chair/umbrella service and tip the attendants. Only complaint is low water pressure in condo. We’ve already booked our next stay and look forward to returning.

Very nice stay. Centrally located. Shower needed a little addressing, but was fine.New washer and dryer. Nice space refrigerator with icemaker. We did not use icemaker. Dishwasher nice size kitchen and plenty of dishes cups glasses. we didn’t cook, but we did see pots and pans and utensils to use with them. I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay, Few Things to Note

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The view was stunning, the elevators were fast and reliable, and the keypad entry made everything super convenient—no worrying about keys or cards. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Here are a few helpful notes for future guests: Shower water pressure is quite low. If you have thick or long hair, it might be easier to rinse using the tub faucet or by bringing a cup into the shower. The tub facet in the guest room is also detaching from the wall. The unit came with about 8 large towels—okay for the four of us, a few more would've been nice. But we used the washer/dryer to freshen them up throughout our stay. If you plan to visit the beach or pool often, you may want to request extras. As first-time Vacasa guests, we weren’t sure how or where to do that. Beach chairs are not included with this unit. We didn’t realize that until we tried to sit in some and were told they required payment. The toilet paper provided is thin and therefore runs out quickly—just one on the spool and one spare in the cupboard. Depending on your group size and length of stay, you may want to bring extra or ask for more early on. We ended up purchasing some, since we weren’t sure who to contact. There’s a basket on the kitchen counter with helpful info like the gate pass and Wi-Fi password, but we didn’t find it until day two. A small sign or placing it in a more visible spot could be helpful. A starter kit with dish soap, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent is provided—which was appreciated! But if you plan to do more than a load or two, you’ll need to bring or request more. We picked some up ourselves, again unsure of how to request refills. Communication on these types of needs could be helpful especially for first time guests. Parking was super easy with plenty of spots in the garage. Just a heads-up: the garage ceiling is low, so SUV hatchbacks will hit if they open automatically. My husband learned the hard way. There are no fans in the unit, so if you like white noise or air movement while sleeping, consider bringing your own. That said, the A/C worked great and kept the space very comfortable. The unit includes vacuums, brooms, and cleaning supplies. We weren’t sure if cleaning was required before checkout, but we did tidy up out of courtesy. Communication on such things could be insightful for guest expectations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The location was great, the unit was clean and comfortable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
