Great view!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Much larger than we needed, but was all that was available. Good to see pickleball lines on the tennis court now. That was a nice add.

Amazing view! Definitely loved how spacious this unit was. Only a few minor housekeeping and maintenance issues that could be addressed but overall a great unit. Loved that there were so many balcony doors that opened up and allowed you to hear the ocean wherever you were in the unit. Being able to open the door while relaxing in the garden tub and hearing the ocean was amazing!

4th of July stay

The beach was not crowded, all front row beach service and condo was very large with a great balcony and view. Could use some updates with appliances etc. Stove blew a breaker when all burners in use, fridge took 15-20 hours to get cold after loading, jets on tub sprayed and made a weird sound, some of the lights flickered and dishwasher did not wash well and cooking pans/utensils are somewhat limited. Elevator also went out for a day. However overall it was a great location and very large and we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious condo

We were very happy with the size and location of the condo. The view was awesome! The condo was clean. We did have a plumbing problem that was quickly taken care of. Our only disappointment of the trip was the pool. The water was frigid and we could not use it. Evidently the heater is not urned on until Nov 1 without exception. We were hoping to have the pool for my 5 month old granddaughter that was with us. It is exhausting trying to carry all her stuff to the beach. All in all it was a good week.

Not clean, Needs updating

The floors were AWFUL! We have crawling babies. Their feet were black within 2 hours of our arrivals. The rug in den hadn’t been clean in many visits. We vacuumed it ourselves and filled the whole vacuum up in one pass! Couch pillows had holes in them. Balcony furniture is peeling and wasnt comfortable. Not a lot of kitchen accessories. No can opener, limited pots and pans. I will say the location, views & size of the condo were great. Vacasa did seem to be addressing the issue and they did try to make things right. But I’ve seen a previous review about it being dirty and it doesn’t seem anything was done before we got there.

High Price for Unkept Condo: Poor Condition

We’ve stayed @ this unit a few times and have loved it. However, it’s been a few years and the condo has definitely aged, and has not been kept very well. -Broken kitchen chair (very unsafe so we set it aside) -At least half the light switches in the unit didn’t work at all. -Paint is cracking on walls -Foundation has settled and doors will not stay open -Lamp in master bedroom didn’t work either -Oven took 45 minutes to preheat -Light over stove doesn’t work -All baseboards were dirty and had hair, debris and dust on them. -Floors were not cleaned, sand in each room. -Light would not stay on in master bath -Tub has a leak that left the floors soaked We were disappointed in the appliances and upkeep of this unit, as the prices are much higher than they used to be with zero upkeep. For the money we were charged, it was in poor shape.

Dark, dingy, dated, and falling apart!

This condo is dated, dingy and dark. Very disappointed in the upkeep of the unit. There are cracks in the walls, paint peeling and the baseboards are gross. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are old and falling apart. The outlets are loose. Iron doesn’t work properly. No hairdryer. Outdoor patio furniture is falling apart. The overhead lighting is awful..not bright and dated. For the price it isn’t worth it. The owners need to spend some money and fix the place up! Only nice thing is the location.

Best Vacation Spot!

Great, relaxing home away from home

Very clean, updated, nice furniture. Great view, comfortable beds, convenient location, easy access to beach, complementary chair sets. We rarely stay at the same place twice but this is a place I would love to stay again!

Beautiful condo but can’t give 5 stars

A 701 it’s very spacious and well decorated. However we experienced some problems with appliances in the kitchen. Ice marker was frozen up so we could not get ice on the door. Also the dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced because it does not get the food off the dishes. We had to end up hand washing the dishes or sending them through another cycle. Because of that the dishes in the cabinet still had food on them. There was sand on the floors when we arrived and dirty sheets on the bed in the back bedroom. If you correct these issues it would warrant a 5 star review.

Loved this condo

Loved our stay so much that we plan to rent this same condo again next year. A list of our favorite things about this place: Open and spacious interior and balcony, Large garden tub that has a view of the ocean, and the stay here comes with 4 umbrellas and chairs on the beach.
