For the property owners… The view is exceptional. The space is great. The location is great, but you really need to work on your condo visible signs of water damage in multiple places baseboards need paint, furniture could use repairs and updating. A fully stocked kitchen with at least a spatula would be wonderful!! The linens are really really thin and they’re are not any additional blankets… I will definitely stay at this location again, but not with Vacasa and probably not your unit…
For the Vacasa local team…the local crew, You guys were great. I’m very sorry that we had to see you every single day of our vacation though….
For the Vacasa 188 phone number people wherever you may be, y’all are horrible!! We reported a small water leak in the master bath as soon as we checked in, they were very responsive and sent over repair person very quickly. Part had to be ordered no problem….
Then we get a call a day and a half into our stay actually that there is water leaking into the unit below us and they need to check things out upstairs. No sign of a leak was found upstairs no sign of where the water was coming from was found downstairs. This took a lot of back-and-forth over several days, Vacasa offered to relocate us to properties that were hours away, nothing beachfront, nothing even remotely comparable to what we were staying in, and all of the properties they sent us We would’ve had to check out 3 to 4 days earlier than we planned (very small compensation was offered), all of which was completely unacceptable. Our unused nights would be refunded to us in 6 to 8 weeks.
They then offered to let us find our own with no help from them. They would reimburse us for our stay in 6 to 8 weeks. I don’t know about you, but my family can’t afford to pay for two vacations at exactly the same time.
