「Some rooms weren’t up to par. I had to change rooms heating air unit broke. My party arrived next night had to change rooms smelled like sewage. Only 1 of 2 elevators working the 1 furthest away Wouldn’t stay here again !」
「Very disappointed they would not honor a Mariott gift card. did not receive an invoice when checking out and have not received an email of invoice as promised.
Tried calling the hotel directly and the phone numbers listed do not connect with the hotel. Instead go to a service that indicates that the number is not set up to receive "unauthorized" calls. So, how do you call a manager of that Mariott property?」
