"The hotel is located in a perfect location for public transport. Buses are nearby which you can use to go to Macao. It is a clean hotel. The only thing that I didn't see as hygienic was blocking the bathroom sink to leave cups soaking to wash. I imagine that the sink would be quite nasty by itself. Apart from that the rest was good, so just BYO dishes."

"A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...

Very close to the airport so have Disney as last part of your trip . Pool open until 10pm, food all day. "Location was convenient although it is tucked away, once you find it, it is convenient. Lots of dinning choice but all were expensive, no low cost choice in hotel. Deposit was ridiculously high, in the rooms they put tags on things like cables and adapters they allow you to use but to remind you of the replacement cost of them - this with the high deposit seemed excessive. Rooms were clean and nice. 2 of the elevators did not go to the lobby floor, which was annoying when not busy, if no one...
