“We had no air conditioning. We had no washcloths for a shower. Under the bed was filthy,I ended up cleaning under it. Most all electrical sockets were on the floor not on the wall. Safety hazard. I give it a 2 out of 10.”

“Lakeview beautiful, host helpful and quickly responsive. Nice separation of sleeping quarters upstairs & downstairs if traveling with members that don't get up same time. Nice area if traveling with dog that needs walk street has circle loop works out well.”

“What a surprising gem in the middle of Michigan. I came for a friend's wedding, and didn't expect such a vibrant community. The place was perfect for two of us and our dogs, with everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. Easy walk to beach, town, and park. Love all of the community events like music in the park and karaoke at the Wet Spot bar!”

“The campsite was beautiful and Angie was great. However, the listing had showed that there was a single bed in one of the rooms but when we arrived there were bunk beds instead. Overall not a bad thing, just not what was advertised. The T.V. didn't work when we checked in and because we had travelled 6 consecutive hours to get there we didnt want to put up much of a fuss about it. Angie had showed up right as we got there and tried to resolve the issue the best she could for how late it was.……

What we liked: clean, comfortable furniture, large kitchen table plus extra seating on deck, plenty of space inside and outside, plenty of towels, dishes, & silverware, kayaks & paddle boat, fire pit, hot tub, nice lake view, short drive to town if you need anything. Host was friendly and responsive.”

“Immaculate property. Absolutely wonderful, I plan to book again. My only complaints are: host is unwilling to move check in/check out times, both of which are downright silly. Check in is 5pm (ouch) and check out is 10 am (ouch). That sucks kind of a lot when you’re trying to have a relaxing vacation. I also felt disconnected from the host, it’s a very corporate kind of “automated message system” sort of communication with them. I’ve had hosts in the past message me directly, interfacing with me……
