Sunset Arms 3: 2brm/2wsr, Airport-Beach-Hipstrip

Newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 washroom apartment, short walking distance to the airport, beach, nightlife and Hip Strip.
We have a very unique location as we are within walking distance to both airport and famous Hip Strip (10 min), with its shopping, Doctor's Cave beach, Starbucks and nightlife. In addition there is a free Dead End beach within 15 min walk from us. We have a local restaurant right next to us and a convenience store 3 min walk from us.
The building looks run down from outside, but everything inside is new.
We are located on the second floor, there is no elevator available.
The internet here is happily low-key - great for emails, messages, and a quick check-in with the world. It’s not built for trading floors, crypto minting, render farms, or gaming marathons. This is a place for sea breezes and sunsets, not server racks.
In Jamaica outages with providers such as Flow (internet), JPS (electricity), or NWC (water) can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we do not have a backup system in place, so any disruptions would depend on the providers themselves. There are bottles of water at the apartment in case if water disruption occurs. That water is not for drinking.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Late check-outs are not permitted. Guests who remain in the property past check-out time will be charged for an additional night.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Chefs are not allowed on the property.
Eating and drinking in the beds and bedrooms are strictly prohibited.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 6 individuals in total at any given time.
