"This is a simple but comfortable flat, with its own entrance and a private patio with lovely planting. It looks into greenery and although ground floor has lots of light. The host was wonderful. The neighborhood is full of beautiful Victorians and has a great cafe, Reveille a block and a half away. Most of the city is within 15-20 minutes by cab, and many neighborhoods are within a 30-40 minute walk. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus."

"I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available."

It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
