“The large and pretty Victorian house was in convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and town. We had a beautiful view of the harbor marina! Love waking up to that view and having breakfast looking at the people taking morning walks. The hosts Steve and his wife, Shawn, were so dear. They welcomed us with a tour and cookies! Always sweets wherever we turned so we really loved that! Shawn is an excellent baker...I blame her for my weight gain lol. Everything was clean, comfortable, ……

“My husband and I have been to this cottage once before. It's our secret getaway. It has everything you need plus the beach is just a few feet away. You can't find another place like this one!”

“We had a great long weekend together! The house was clean, large with plenty of room and seating, and fully stocked for all our needs. The property was quiet, secluded and beautiful. We enjoyed nature, the golf cart, paddleboarding and campfire. Southern Maryland is a favorite of ours; thank you for making our stay easy, comfortable and lovely!”

It’s a modern loft in a quiet and cute beach town. Terry was kind and communicative throughout our stay. I appreciated knowing he was would respond quickly. It’s located steps from restaurants and shops. Right in the middle of downtown Colonial Beach. Definitely would stay here again.”

“The property is easy to access and the house is filled with natural light from the huge windows. It’s a wonderful getaway if you want to unplug and enjoy a cozy few days of quiet. We found a waterfront Mexican restaurant nearby and walked to the winery next door. It’s very clean and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. Loved drinking coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful pond view. Left relaxed and refreshed!”
