「Awesome decor! The property was very clean and very quiet. We had a great stay and would love to stay again when visiting the area.」

「Terrific location, easy parking and access. Clean and updated. Comfortable and terrific layout for us, we had a handicapped person who needed ground floor entrance and first floor bed/bath. Laundry in unit and soft towels and blankets which is a plus. A few issues.... Our door code did not work, but the customer service answered immediatley and gave us a working code. There were several lights not working including kitchen and the stairs. We assumed it was bulbs becuase we checked the breaker....

「This quaint apartment was the delight of our latest trip to Southern Pines to spend the holidays with our family. Clean, full kitchen, separate bedroom, huge closet, tub with shower and even a washer dryer helped us to feel at home. Full size fridge was great! Two tvs that worked beautifully and a sweet LR space was cozy. Plenty of blankets and bedding and towels… Gated patio with lock made us feel even safer. We can’t wait to return.」

「Three granddaughters and I stayed here. Ages 10,12 and 14. We had a lot of fun walking downtown. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay here again.」
