“Never checked in, still got charged, despite setting up that refund coverage through a 3rd party.”

“This is a brand new hotel. My husband and I liked the cleanliness and its quiet location. However, no one was present at the check-in counter when we arrived in the morning to leave our luggage. Then, same thing happened when we came back to check-in later that day. We had to wait several minutes twice. Both staff apologized and were very helpful and nice though. They cleaned up the room on the 2nd day and all the towels disappeared when returned. The next day, we returned to an uncleaned room……

“We stay at this property for a couple of nights and it was great, quiet, relaxing peaceful the amount of horses on the property are amazing there have the dining area set up very nicely too. There is a playroom where you can go and play ping-pong and other games like pool table. In addition to that they offer breakfast lunch and dinner very good breakfast a very good lunch I’m very good dinner. I had food in their property twice in our state and I was surprised of how good the food was fresh……

“Our host, Wendy, was Amazing! Answered our phone calls and quick text responses to all questions day or night. She went over and above giving us information, suggestions and local knowledge, not only about Mansfield but other cities near by. The house has been renovated and there are multiple upgrades in every room. Kitchen is clean, beautiful and stocked with all the necessities for an extended stay. “My husband and I stayed with friends and family for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We had couples and singles. No children. The house is exactly as described and looks better than the photos! The house is maintained well inside. Outside, the back patio area did have a few cobwebs that we knocked down, but there are a lot of woods so the spiders may be more active than in a less wooded area.
