“The host was great. Very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable! The house was very clean. Smelled great soon as you open the door. Plenty of towels, and extra blankets. “The apartment was super-clean, with a comfortable bed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Checking in was easy. Alonzo was always available to answer questions; he got back to us almost immediately with answers to our questions. Good location, a short walk to Newark Penn Station. A quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods and wine store adjacent to Whole Foods. A good experience and we look forward to our next visit!”

“The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. ”
