“We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter’s college graduation. The house was clean. Plenty room and fully stocked with even the smallest details for the 10 of us. The host was great and easy to work with. A breaker tripped and the host was fast to get it reset. Great host and wonderful home.”

“The property is beautiful and serene. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. I was there for a business trip and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. I had a couple of meetings with employees who live in the Nashville area but office from home. The Milk Barn was perfect.”

“This home was so perfect for our family getaway. We had 4 generations under one roof and everyone agreed that it was a great rental. Decorated so beautifully and very clean. Plenty of space for everyone to lounge around and relax. Huge kitchen for cooking with plenty of storage and huge fridge/freezer. Most of all the attention to detail is what really makes the stay so great! I hate when a rental doesn’t have have enough pots/pans or towels. You don’t have to worry about that here! Tons of……

“We loved the charm and big house lots of space”

“We gathered three generations here for a long weekend. The setting was quite lovely, lots of trees and set back from the road for added privacy. There was plenty of room for all the kids and adults to spread out. Weather was great so we spent quite a bit of time on the covered deck. No problem fixing up a family sized breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. If we have another Nashville area family gathering we would definitely stay here again.”

“The tiny house was great! The only thing that i really didn't like was the proximity to the big house on the property. I mean its right there! However, nobody was staying at the big house so Randi offered me the use of the screened in porch area and the stairs down to the lake so i really can't complain. The tiny house itself was totally cute and immaculately clean! Out of town but still close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if im traveling by myself.”

“Mice droppings were in all the beds. Also fresh crusty blood spots on several pillow cases and soaked through to pillows. M&Ms in a bed too. Obviously unwashed bedding. Our food and containers had fresh mouse droppings on them. Survived by using our own things as much as possible. For so much a night to stay there, it was very disappointing!! When reaching out to owner to see if she’d make things right, she was totally unwilling. One thing I did appreciate is, we left an item there accidentally,……

“Everything was so close and in walking distance. Not too far from the Main Street and just close enough that you don’t hear the noise. Reception personnel always available and kind. Checking in was so easy! Def recommend this stay! ”
