“The home was immaculate! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. All of the extras around the house was very thoughtful. The kitchen had every utensil we would have needed to cook anything.The livingroom was very comfortable with more than enough furniture for a family, there was only 2 of us. “Wonderful quiet, pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Broc’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Beds were comfy! Hope to stay again for our next Mayo Clinic visit or a stay for leisure. ”

“Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. ”

“House was big enough for our group (8). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking/serving implements. Showers (2) - one attached to master bedroom, one shower to serve the other 3 bedrooms (6 people). Laundry in basement was very convenient. Owner is very responsive. No grocery or restaurants close enough for a short walk, just need to plan ahead. Quiet neighborhood. Large back yard and fun to see fireflies come out of the woods at sunset. ”
