“I did not expect luxury accommodation, as I visited Sedona for a two-day trail trek. The hotel’s location was convenient—about 20 minutes from downtown Sedona. The breakfast quality was good, and I often packed some fruit and a bagel to take with me for long days of hiking. One issue I experienced was that the toilet did not drain properly. However, I did not report it to the staff because we left very early in the morning (before 6:00 a.m.) and returned late in the evening (after 8:00 p.m.).……

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
