“The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. ”

“The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. ”

“Stayed here for five nights and I can honestly say I definitely got my money’s worth! Check in was easy with no complications at all. The front desk staff speak both English and Spanish. The location is incredibly convenient everything is walkable in this town. The restaurants and beach is right across the street. The property has a large pool, a second pool, and a convenient bar right by the pool. Overall, it definitely met my expectations, and the room looked exactly like the pictures. I also……

But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. The owner tia I i believe was his name and macho were very nice too very heart warming.”

“My overall view was very good could be a solid 4* however the sewer system is a major problem here. The fact that you cannot flush paper and in some cases a large bowl movement down is unsanitary, this I anm sure cost this resort repeat business every year. The area and location are top notch. The resort is excellent overall the staff were excellent especially Juan and Leury in reception. The pools were clean the room staff were meticulous and accommodating. There rooms size was very good but……

“I don't recommend people to stay in that apartment, the manager is so disrespectful he's not professional he can tell the customer what he feels like, he was forcing me to pay for taxi that I didn't see at the airport he even threatened to call the police on me for sure I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as well ”
