“Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. “Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, no bedbugs, only complaint is the kitchenette. People have stolen everything from them (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates) and people should have to pay a refundable security deposit when they stay incase they do steal. There is also a usable printer and computer by front desk which is very helpful being as a lot of the parking places around New Orleans requires a print of your parking pass put in the windshield.”
