"First off let me say this was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I was out like a light even single night. The location was a little hard to find as my GPS continued to tell us we have arrived at a restaurant a little from the actual unit, but we managed. They are not lying about the sunsets and and sunrises, and we saw dolphins swimming along two different times. I can't say much about the amenities as we didn't get a chance to use any of them, but all in all everything we perfect...

"my friend and I were looking for a relaxing week right by siesta beach, and this place made it all possible. the hosts were incredibly accommodating and there were so many items they provided that I wouldn’t have even thought to bring but we ended up needing. communication was excellent, and they are both so sweet! literally steps away from the beach and the pool was so lovely as well."

"Pat and Joe were fantastic hosts! Everything you could think of was supplied. If we had questions or needed an item, we received immediate responses. They gave great suggestions on were to go, what to do and where to eat. The property is in a great location. I'm keeping this property in my favorites. Hope to return with my husband one day."

"I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"We werent sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was just oerfect for the two of us. My husband enjoyed the wicker love seat on the front porch area. Nice location. Not far from the Venice Beach area. There was also a nuce little resraurant within walking distance. We will definitly come back. Very reasonably priced. Thank you to our host, Bishop."

"We had a lovely stay in the Specialty Sundeck Room, and we are already planning to return next year! The staff at the resort were so friendly, the room itself was perfect and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. We rented a car, but honestly could have been fine without it since there were so many dining options so close by. Seriously could not have asked for a more perfect trip. Highly recommend! "
