“My single room on second floor was clean, comfortable and quiet....perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel is well situated, just a 10 minute walk to the train station or a nip around the corner to the Nairn Museum. Breakfast was sufficient...partly self serve, partly hot; but staff was a little scarce so no second cup of coffee was to be found. No gluten free bread, but several GF cereals and plenty of other choices. If I am back that way again, I would rebook but stay for longer.”

“The Hotel was fantastic in all aspects. My room was, cosy, comfy very clean and very well set up. The staff were friendly, polite, chatty and full of knowledge of the area. The bar was great as were the meals. Breakfast was the best I think I have had in a hotel before then I had lunch and dinner. Wow are those serves big and Amazingly delicious, Whoops nearly forgot to mention the Music. Spot on . 60's and more. it was so good. Thankyou to the Staff at the Bandstand. “Clean place good beer friendly staff”

“The best B & B I’ve stayed in. The host Helen is absolutely lovely, and fixes an amazing breakfast. The room was charming, well decorated, and had amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Tea, water and a couple snacks were also provided in the room. A wonderful place, I hope one day to return.”

“We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay.”
