「We feel the hotel is a second home in our trip to Osaka as the room is spacious, equipped with essential home-facilities, close to local people living. Thumbs up!」

「1.住宿前先把護照拍照及一些資料輸入，check in時就會非常方便，掃描QR CODE 到他發送密碼進入房間不用一分鐘，如果英文日文不好的，或跟櫃臺人員有溝通恐懼的倒是非常方便，check out也是掃描QR CODE就走人了 2.這次入住若要說稍微不滿意的應該是住了5晚就都沒人打掃，因為規定好像要6天？以上（有點忘了規定）才會有1次人員打掃，建議規定可以放寬。 3新大阪坐新幹線、地鐵、JR都非常方便，但周邊跟我以前住的是冷清了一些，有便利商店，但沒有超市」

「住宿周遭就有公車站可以到梅田車站也有開到12點的超市與一般便利商店走路不久就有藥妝店和餐廳住宿很乾淨洗衣機很方便浴室內有浴缸曬衣桿與乾燥系統」

「It's very clean and the location is very good. The room also has a kitchen, kitchenware and washing machine, but it can't be ahead of time.」

「空間舒適，有兩張床，有洗衣機及廚房，交通利處便利，附近有唐吉軻德及JR，大門不密閉，容易有冷風灌入。」

「可惜在挑選房型的時候，照片給的不夠精準，所以容易看到其他房型的照片來造成誤會，不然一定是滿星的」

「出張での利用で週末だったので、どこも宿泊代が高く、困っていたところ、なかなかこのサイトでは予約できないとの事で、たまたまヒットし、すぐに予約させていただきました。お洒落で清潔感があり、料金もリーズナブルでとても助かりました。」

「The Goldhouse is just a 7 min walk to the Shin Osaka station. This station is a main hub with high speed rail access to Tokyo and other locations. The property is clean, quiet, and safe. The property has a washer with detergent and clothes hanger. The clothes easily dried in a day. The place comes with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and pots/pans along with dishes. The property manager/owner is extremely responsive.」

「訂房後請務必與業者聯絡，才能取得入住相關訊息。格局兩房一廳一衛浴，附有小廚房，房間都是雙人床。入住期間正好遇到業者在清理打掃同樓層的另一間住房，清潔程度相當令人滿意跟放心。生活機能佳，步行約200公尺就到達天神橋筋商店街(天一)。交通還算方便，步行約500公尺抵達南森町站。」

「Good communication with owner. Was fun to try to live in a Japanese flat for a while. Comfy house in a quiet but strategic and authentic local district well served by subway. I recommend the experience at this location. Price/qualiy offered in line. 」

「This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade. 」

「Great stay at the property! No dryer and bath jets dont work - but did have a cute secure balcony and entry, was close to markets, resturants and shopping. Was fairly quiet but right off a main road. Nice neighborhood. Owners were responsive and place was clean with small kitchen, teapot and working fridge. Highly recommend!」
