“I have nothing to complain. It’s clean and nice. ”

“Hotel is very close to Haneda airport. 10 min walk through a shopping center. It had spa (with outdoor pool as well) at the top floor which is one of the best spa in Tokyo. Room is small but adequate especially you only stay for 1-2 nights. Hotel self check in and check out are so convenient. It takes 5 min for check in and 2 min for check out which is a major plus when you are tight on flight schedule”

“This is a relatively new hotel and it is quite close to Odiba and Disneyland. Lots of ample parking with a charge. There is a 24 hr family mart inside the hotel which is very convenient.”

“房間相對較大，但設施較舊，需適時對酒店房間装修了。 早餐除食物種類較少，基本上還可以。 職員服務不錯，不知道跟選擇club room有關係嗎…… 台場附近住過好幾次，很喜歡這裡的氛圍，相對旺中帶静，夜景很美，今次選擇此酒店，房價較合理，整体对此酒店評價除設施較舊外，还是不錯的！”

“這是一家有藝術特色的旅館，入住時可以在旅館迴廊看到許多藝術品。我們入住的房間可以看到東京鐵塔，景觀非常好。整個飯店的感覺雖然有一點老，但是卻能夠讓人放心。飯店位在汐留，走路就可以到銀座，樓下也有便利商店，非常方便。”

“Conveniently located next to N check in counter for international departure.”

“I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. When they found the room was not up to standard and they apologised. This is what’s we called “good service“. I will definately come back……
