Nice property in a good and convenient location.

This house was very clean and comfortable. We were a friends group in town for a concert and a little sightseeing. The home was 5 -7 minutes to the Ryman and Broadway and 20 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry. We used Ubers and got around easily (too cold to walk). Plenty of nice linens, kitchen was stocked okay, the house size was comforrtable for our group of 3. It was a decent value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and clean house in a cute neighborhood!

The house was super clean and had everything you needed in a home. It’s about a $6.00 ride to Downtown so very convenient.

Good location and comfortable place. Being cooks we'd like a better equipped kitchen, eg only 3 full sized forks, few glasses, no foil, wrap, etc, few pans.

40th Anniversary trip

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. We had 4 adult's, would have been nice to have had seating in the living room for all of us. We were informed by JT (tenant in upper unit) we had to park on the street. If that is the case, include in property description. Carpets in bedroom should be replaced. Additional spices in kitchen would definitely be a plus.

Very nice property, conveniently located. Mid morning music entertainment from the neighbors. Electronic door lock resisted all attempts at reprogramming so we used the original code. Visitors Location map needs more pins. Enjoyed our stay

Girls weekend

Me and a friend visited Nashville for the 1st time and were very happy with the house. The house was a great size, beds were very comfortable and was very close to downtown. The only suggestion I would make is to add curtains on the windows in the bedrooms that didn’t not have curtains due to how bright it was so early in the morning. The owners were very accommodating and replied right away when any questions came up. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great experience!

My sisters and I stayed at this house and enjoyed our experience! It's about 1.8 miles from Broadway- we walked it once and it took about 25 minutes (there are some hills), after that, we used Uber and most od the time, it was about $11-13 for an Uber XL. The cost to the airport was a bit more. We found the house to be as shown and very clean. The mattresses are memory foam and the three bathrooms were appreciated! Nice neighborhood, too!

Place was fine

This place was fine for 4 people, but anymore than that would’ve been a little tight. We couldn’t set the AC to what we wanted so it was hot the entire trip. The microwave handle was broken, not enough coffee. There was mold in the bathroom upstairs and the carpets weren’t very clean. One of the bathroom sinks did not drain well, main dining room table was broken. Ceiling fan was not centered in a bedroom which didn’t allow for much air flow. The half bathroom door didn’t lock. I was expecting a little better for the price we paid, the AC was the biggest issue.

My friends and I were visiting from Toronto for a girls trip and we had an amazing experience at our property! The hosts were very prompt with responses, there was a variety of house amenities, and it was a perfect amount of space for my friend group! We were pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting from out of town!

Plenty of space for our family of seven. Really convenient to get to everything. Master bedroom was huge and has a nice balcony to escape from everyone if you need some me time. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath home

Really enjoyed our stay here! It’s cheaper than staying downtown and not a terrible car trip (even during peak times if you’re splitting the bill). The home was clean and plenty of appropriate dishes to use to cook for the week. Having 2 separate full baths and 2 separate queen bedrooms was super nice for 2 couples. Easy to check in and check out. Parking was great with its own lot for the set of houses on that lot. One thing that could be seen as a downside was the elderly neighbor (I assume neighbor, but I guess it could have been a separate guest) enjoyed playing music on the balcony next door in the mornings. We didn’t mind it since we were all up by 8:30a, but those who enjoy sleeping in may not love it so much. All in all, really great place to stay and would absolutely return!
