We had a great time. Everything about this unit was great. I just wish the bathroom was not in the master bedroom as we were staying with a second couple.

The place was really soft and cozy. Everything was clean. They even had some extra supplies in the closet; I wound up using some aloe when I realized I was sunburned. It had a nice view of the city and was about a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. You won't regret staying here!

Excellent!

Perfect place for a girls trip to Nashville. Location was great. The place was very clean and well thought out. They had everything from extra fans and sound machines to snacks and toiletry essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk downtown. Owners were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed prior to and after check in. 100% recommend! I hope to stay again on my next girls trip to Nashville!

Nashville Get Away

The condo was perfect, very clean with many little ‘extra’ amenities. Comfortable beds Pretty good location to walk to Broadway. Easy access to the property and good communication from Tyler.

Nashville Trip April 2024

Stayed for a long Easter weekend. Super nice place. Very clean. Owners reply back unbelievably fast. Easy check in and out process. We’ve stayed at other places, but this one is it! Walk to Broadway or take an Uber for less than $10. Owners - 10/10 Cleanliness - 10/10 Property - 10/10 We will be back : )

Great Apartment Near Downtow

This property is amazing. Its well stocked. The property owners keep you informed with all the info you'll need. The only criticism is the traffic noise. It never stops. The property comes equiped with ear plugs (not my thing) and a white noise machine (which I didn't notice till we were leaving). It has parking for 2 vehicles which is handy. If you dont mind walking, it is close enough to downtown that you could walk, for an experienced walker. Overall its a great property and I would stay here again if I ever need to go to Nashville again.

Fire station

There is a fire station across the street that will keep you up when we brought this up to the owner. The owner claims that they have listed that there’s a fire station across the street in three different occasions. That is not true. You have to go dig into their listing to figure it out. I wish they would’ve just said something on the big board that please put on your earplugs there’s a fire station. Warning to everybody you will not be sleeping at all. Station is loud. The cabinets were covered with spaghetti sauce or red sauce, incredibly dirty. The kitchen floor were dirty and slippery. Hot water is not hot and the room gets incredibly warm and you cannot turn the temperature down. The front gate doesn’t work There is no pool We get there and we had to call them to get them to open the door for us. we left the day early because our kids and us could not sleep. we don’t normally leave reviews, but this one pushed us above our limit. It’s very sad because it was our Christmas vacation with the family

Stapleton weekend

Weekend was great! Easy in and out process good direction within the house. There were miniscual issues that I wanted to bring to attention of manager. I didn’t get any feedback immediately, but they didn’t require response. The bathroom could use a central door but the bennies in there were well used! The location was terrific and nice walk daily to broadway. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us.

Communication with Jennifer was excellent. Unit is in a great location within easy walking distance to downtown attractions and entertainment. Easy parking was a plus. Great experience, would stay again!

Girls weekend - pampered

This place was exactly what we needed for our group of four ladies. There were 3 seperate sleeping areas and a living room couch too. Full kitchen, extras already there like coffee, creamer, oatmeal, bandaids etc. It was about a 10 min walk in boots/heels but waaay more convenient than being cramped in a hotel or having to deal with cabs. Parking was included so that was awesome. We could see Husk off our balcony- which was our night 2 dinner reservation and the listening room was a block the other way - our night 3 reservation. Beds were comfortable, there was a free washer and dryer in the unit and a stocked over the door shoe organizer with things you may have forgotten. Tips or feedback: You do have to go thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The lighting in the bedroom is low/dark and the only full length mirror is in the bedroom - it would have been helpful to have a full length mirrir on the side of the door facing the well lit living room or an additional one in the loft bedroom. The stair outside had lights on the wall, but they were never on and the steps seemed to be unusual depth fir the last step in each section. It was tricky walking down them, in the dark and punching in the key code to lock/unlock in the dark. Lugging a heavy suitcase up to the third level, then up the spiral staircase to the loft was comical, but we got it done, if you are smaller than your suitcase, choose the bedroom or the dining room bedroom, not the loft lol. Or pack less... overall the place was PERFECT and the host was extremely helpful. There were fans, cozy blankets, umbrella, all the things that you might need. I'll definitely book with the host again.

Very wonderful spot!

This VRBO was the perfect place for our girl’s trip. The property is gated and we felt safe. It was clean and having necessary/extra toiletries was a plus! The owners were very accommodating with excellent communication. Very responsive when I had a few basic questions. What a great place!

Birthday Trip

Property had a good location for walking to the downtown area. Accommodations were in good shape and well stocked. Owners responded to any questions or things that needed attention. Security was good with locked gates and codes to access the entrances. Pull out couch was the only hitch since it was not very comfortable and mattress pad a little questionable.for cleanliness. Otherwise it was a great experience for our first visit to Nashville. Enjoyed our time there!

Downtown trip

Location is good for downtown, Uber or cab ride cheap and couple of restaurants nearby are walkable. Condo is nice and clean but a little tight for 6 people. Owners are great and very helpful and responsive!
