「I booked 3 rooms for a family reunion and 1 was supposed to be a handicap, well upon arrival they didn't have any. Which meant we had to leave to get a room that was better equipped to help us (had to pay) and the hotel nor Expedia were willing to refund any of the money for the night we didn't stay there, not to mention one room had absolutely no running water had to be switched i should of known better as soon as I walked in to check in and was met with a smell at the front desk. 「I had a nice size room. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. I requested a cot. It was after midnight after requesting a cot for the 2nd time that I finally got it. The breakfast was minimal. Overall everything was ok.」
