“Terrible experience at this hotel! In town for the MS State gymnastics meet with our 10 year old daughter. This hotel has FALSE advertisement on their website! The hotels name has been changed with the signage taken down from the exterior as well as in the lobby. Magnolia Bluff BW Signature hotel seems to now be named “hotel”. We had a long wait to time to check in. Once we got to our room it was not up to par. Dead bugs on the ground and in the windows along with a live beetle. There was a hair……

And the body wash in the shower was empty before we ever used it. The carpets were dirty and stained. The ceiling had water spots. The sheets weren’t fully on either bed. The furniture had not been cleaned. There was not a coffee maker but there were supplies for coffee. The plastic on the disposable……
