“We really liked our apartment. It was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. There were only 2 issues. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. And the neighbor upstairs was SO loud. They had loud conversations until around 2 AM, heavy footsteps, and an extremely loud TV that stayed on all night until 4 AM. It was almost impossible to sleep.”

“My business partner and I had a convention in Richmond downtown area. I brought my wife and 1 year old daughter with us. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Large rooms, quiet bedrooms for my daughter to nap and a nice updated modern interior. There are two sets of stairs so I was glad we brought baby gates with us.”

“Church Hill neighborhood is great. Place is perfect for a couple & has everything you need. Never had trouble parking. Traffic is a little noisy, but I slept fine and I’m a light sleeper. Will definitely stay here again.”

One wrinkle for us was the challenge of pulling out the sofa to bed conversion. Once we did that and added the padding from the closet, sleeping was great. “This location was a short walk to the convention center which was perfect for us. So much more spacious than a hotel. The beds were comfortable. The white noise alarm clocks in the bedrooms were perfect for blocking out the street noise. The only thing we would have liked to have that we didn’t was a toaster in the kitchen. We will stay again if attending events at the convention center.”

“Sub Rosa Bakery, Pizza Bones, Union Market all within 5 minutes by foot; Computer Cave a half hour walk away to fix your electronics. Jefferson Park a 10-minute walk away. The state capitol is 30 minutes walk distant, same for the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Memorial of the notorious triangle trade (Liverpool-West Africa-Richmond) is in Shockoe Valley, 25 minutes by foot from your room. Thanks to the year 2020 protests, very few of the monuments can be found anymore that……

“Really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and plenty of room. Clean and updated with several balconies. Neighborhood's was safe and many places to eat close and walkable. Several parks nearby and the James River walk/Browns island was a short drive.”

“Perfect location for attending our son's graduation from University of Richmond. Pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Short distance to a grocery, the University, and restaurants. Lots of space, including a formal dining room. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Check in & out was easy. Would stay again.”

“We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. We even made spaghetti the first night for dinner since we arrived later than planned. The area is private, we only saw a few people and those we did see gave a friendly hello if they didn't stop to chat with us. For anyone wondering about the movement of the boat, it is very stable. The boat is docked in a channel off the main river so not a lot of boat traffic and the currents……
