「Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. 」

「Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely.

「The heater did not work so house was freezing. Fireplace did not appear to be working, and wood was wet and did not burn. Bed was not comfortable. Hot tub was gross and did not work. Sauna did not get hot. The pictures looked better than the actual experience. 」
