“We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the power went out and we had to go to Grass Valley to purchase a flashlight as there were none in the cabin. It might be a good idea to have one available in the winter months. The cabin is cute and cozy and we would stay there again.”

“This property was perfect for our family to gather and celebrate my husbands Happy Birthday, with our children and grandchildren. The great room was so fun to play games and visit in. Beds were very comfortable and very clean too. The highchair was great plus too. The kitchen is fully stocked we cooked a lot and found everything we needed. We hope to be able to come back to see winter time at this awesome house. The Moreno Family”

“First time here it was amazing the house was nice clean and fully stocked, celebrated my daughter 15th birthday here and she and her friends had a blast the room accommodated everyone and the pets the neighborhood was beautiful and donner lake wasnt to far away which was a major plus i will definitely book again ”

“What a charming cottage! Not only was it warm, cozy and had all the amenities one would want, it was in an excellent location! Just a few minutes walk from historic downtown Nevada City and local trails! It was so relaxing, just sitting and listening to the creek. We loved it and would rent it again so we highly recommend it!”

“Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. It is a no frills space, so if there are items you consider essential to your world, bring them with you. It does have a……

“We fully enjoyed our stay. Super clean and decor is lovely.Felt dog friendly....Clara loved it.Appreciated the safety with the gate on the deck.Only one thing that was a bit troublesome was the scratches on the non stick pans....I understand that is not a good thing health wise...I am careful about those things. Otherwise....all perfect..”

“Location is beautiful (the stars are amazing!) and the house is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you need and the vibe is very relaxing and welcoming. We made use of the projector for movie nights which was super fun. One heads up - the master bedroom does not have any curtains, so I recommend eye masks for sleeping! Otherwise, 10/10 excellent and would totally come back! ”
