“好的一米”

“We've stayed at a few Ritz-Carlton resorts including New Orleans and Turks & Caicos a month or two after it opened and this one did not disappoint! We loved it so much we applied for a Ritz-Carlton credit card...the resort is tucked away in the mountains of Truckee and it's absolutely beautiful. “We rented a chalet which was very old and had a very musty smell to it, it was not clean it all. There were cobwebs in corners, dirty sinks, and the handrails and Banister rails to the stairs and Loft have never been washed down. After wiping it down three times there was still dirt on it as well as dust and cob web in between the bannister rails. “The a/c didn't work properly, not cooling, the in room coffee maker was missing parts rendering it useless, and the mini fridge the freezer was complete ice and leaking out onto the carpet around the fridge.”

“I recently stayed here for several nights and overall had a positive experience. Things didn't start out that way, as the first room I was assigned was really grim. There was an awful smell coming from the carpet (similar to wet dog) and permeated the entire space and bathroom. In addition, the toilet was running and didn't have a functioning flush. I was really hesitant to approach the front desk and complain, as am usually not a picky or confrontational person. However, I had nothing to lose……
