"The Hotel was Great. Everything we expected from being here before. The ONLY knock I’d give is, after being here for 4 days and spending what we did, I asked for a slightly longer checkout on departure day as our train didn’t leave for another 2 hours. The standard answer is 1 hour extra, after that we charge for a late check out. It was NOT that busy and I know for a fact the room we had was not looked at during that time. I just wish that Manage would empower the staff to think and apply reasonable sense to customer service requests. Just not the way it’s done anymore?? I totally understand if the hotel was soooo booked and needed the space ASAP it would be the case. "

"We had to book here, because the other place we booked was so awful. This hotel is a 15 min drive from Glenwood and it was so worth it. Our room was so nice, price was great. Excellent pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was excellent and included. Parking was free, unlike most hotels up in Glenwood. Staff was so awesome and and recommend a great local place to eat. We have zero complaints or concerns here. We even ended up with a room overlooking the river. If you are staying in Glenwood, just go down the road and stay here. You will not be disappointed. Well done property managment!"

"The cabin was so cute, we had a great time. Charity was very helpful and responsive and the home was well stocked. The yard was great for our dogs, they really liked exploring, although worth keeping an eye on them outside if you have an escape artist like we do!! It was very quiet and tranquil and you felt immersed in the mountains which is what we wanted. The leaves were changing and beautiful. We would definitely come back! "
