「This property was fantastic. Everything was as listed. The kitchen was well stocked with new items. The road up the mountain was a bit steep, but we had no problems going up or down. The cabin location was perfect for going to Bryson City, Cherokee, Asheville, and Brevard as well as into GSMNP. The view was great, the hot tub was hot. It was everything we wanted in a cabin for our weekly stay.」

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
