“The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet!It is obviously new to the VRBO market and could definitely use some other kitchen utensils. Cutting board, knife block, oven mitts would have been helpful. Otherwise it was a great location to downtown for our weekend in Wilmington for a friends wedding! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!”

“The description of the property did not disclose that it was located in a commercial area that did not provide for green areas for us to walk our pet. The pictures also did not show the exterior of the building or the unexpected internal stairwell in the apartment blocked by a baby gate with zip ties that the owner indicated led to an internal hallway in the building. We’d be happy to provide pictures of these. We elected not to stay in the apartment and requested a refund that was denied.”
