「They should be more polite form the front desk. There is no high class or low class or why got first. I choose the room and they should give it to me. It was some issue with this hotel with leaking water and toilet and bathtub or showers not clean. Outside of hotel not clean. I will never stay in this hotel no more until they remodel or have a better management.」
