「We were looking for a place to spend the night near a venue and found this place. What a find! The inn was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a treat. The Inn is in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend for a night, a long weekend or a vacation. 」

「The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna 」

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」

「Under renovations but was still very nice and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was loud (air conditioning, fridge,), there was some electrical issues, the fan light would just turn on during the night on its own. I would use this space again if the price is right」
