Staff were extremely professional and helpful. But the property needs a little updating. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast but did its job. Location was great…2 blocks from the subway. All in all would use this hotel again.

Staff went above and beyond. Was able to check in several hours early at no additional fee. The hotel was going through some renovations outside and it happened to be right outside our window, so got a little noisy at times but not too bad.

Rooms are small but it’s New York, they all are! Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff. They held out bags before check in and after check out. Super close to just about everything, great eats nearby. Def recommend.

It’s a good hotel for simply coming back to sleep. It is well-located. The breakfast buffet is good, though it could be better; the food is the same every day, it could use some variety. It’s fine for a business trip where you just need a place to sleep, or for sightseeing when you only return to the room to rest. The room and bathroom were clean, although the room itself is small.

The place is run down and old. The rugs in the hallways were coming up off the floor. The room was tiny and the air conditioner was extremely loud. We had to go the front desk 3 times because our card key wasn’t working. The staff were very nice and helpful.

You can tell the Hotel is a bit older than others we have stayed in. It is a perfect location. Walking within minutes to Times Square, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, The Subway, Grand Central Station, The public library, and many more places. It’s great to have breakfast include with the stay and also have so many close options to walk to for food, drinks, and souvenirs. The chairs in the dining area are a little rundown and did not hinder our stay. Overall, we would stay here again.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The location was great, and the entire staff was very helpful—Stephen at the front desk, in particular, provided outstanding service.
