Room was great!…..I had wallet stolen outside so it made experience worse, but the doorman/receptionist was great, helped me out a lot as I was going thru some troubles….can’t remember his name, older African gentleman. That’s the kind of good relations businesses need!
I have to stayed in a place that wants you to give them refunded $100 I had to look for a trusted place to get the money. It cost $53 ! The bathroom/ shower were on another floor.

very difficult to find… 100 dollar cash deposit was strange, everything felt flimsy while there being a huge fine for breaking anything.
This place takes advantage of people and their mula . I had a loss in the family and they are unwilling to refund me. In life there are unfortunate circumstances beyond our control. To think and know this establishment will keep your mula after 9 days prior to stay notification on a family loss is unethical. It shouldn't even be listed as a hotel since it's a B&B which there is a major difference as far as service provided. I did not attend do to my circumstances but I pray they get karma in this case.
We had a very nice stay in this studio apartment rental. The room was clean and comfortable and a cozy fit for two adults and three kids. Not something most hotels can provide for this price. The location could not have been more convenient to Penn Station, Broadway, and the Empire State Building. We looked up the building and found that it was originally built in 1867, so historic as well! All that said, this was not a hotel. Check in was at a small room in the back of the building lobby, the $100 cash only security deposit was anticipated but obviously unusual, and the woman on call did not speak English. That said, they were helpful and responsive and we had no issues with the stay or support. These are small concerns for an apartment rental, but just be aware if expecting to stay at an actual hotel.
