"The location of the Hyatt Regency is outstanding due to its proximity to subway stations and theaters! The property is clean, updated, and the room size is huge by New York standards. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. We had our room serviced/cleaned every day of our stay, which is rare these days. There was coffee available in the lobby and an on-site restaurant. We did not use the restaurant, but it did seem to be nice. We even had a partial water view!I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience in Times Square with proximity to transportation, theaters, and restaurants. As long as you can stand the hustle and bustle of Times Square, this is a great stay, and I cannot recommend it enough!"
